Call for Vendors: New Orleans International Vodou Day -
Congo Square Event

We are inviting vendors to be part of New Orleans International Vodou Day during the Traditional Vodou Ceremony in Congo Square on May 24th—a gathering rooted in culture, remembrance, and community connection.

We welcome vendors who offer thoughtful, intentional, and culturally respectful goods and services, helping to create a space where culture, creativity, and community come together.

• 10x10 vendor space

• Vendor fee includes space only

• Tables, chairs, tents, and setup items are not included

• Rental options are available

Vendor Responsibilities

Please be prepared to bring:

• Tent

• Table

• Chairs

• Table covering

(Unless renting items through us)

Event Schedule

• Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Breakdown: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Vendor Fee

• $25 vendor fee

• Equipment rentals available
