The Afro-Ecology Exhibit is an immersive walk-through experience exploring the plants that support African Traditional Religions and their diasporic spiritual practices. Presented as part of the New Orleans International Vodou Day Symposium, the exhibit highlights the enduring relationship between nature, culture, and spiritual knowledge.
Visitors are invited to explore living plant displays and learn how botanicals have long been used for healing, protection, ritual work, and spiritual practice across African and diasporic traditions.

Open throughout the duration of the symposium, the exhibit allows visitors to move through the space at their own pace while discovering the natural elements that support spiritual traditions.
